Refunds & Returns 

 

 
We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You may return your product for store creditdifferent product, or a refund to the original payment method. The return or refund requires the seller's prior authorization, subject to a non-refund, full refund, or partial refund. A 35% restocking fee plus transaction fees are applied to all approved returns. 
 
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Some products are non-returnable, this might include but not exclude refurbished and pre-owned equipment.  
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging. Damaged or missing parts items will not apply for refunds. 
  • New Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be counted for a refund. 
  • Refurbished equipment warranty stickers have to be intact. 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
  2. Allow us 3-5 business days to approve the return/refund. 
  3. Authorized returns must be returned within 7 business days of the return authorization.
  4. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses
  5. A refund will be given until Zona Med Equipment has received the returned packaged and confirmed its condition.
  6. A refund will be applied to the same payment method used at the moment of purchase. Refunds may show in your bank account within a time frame stated by the bank institution.

Warranty 

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
  • "As-is", "Pre-Owned" or non-warranty stated products are not subject to refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges. 
  • Manufacturer warranties are issued directly by the buyer and the manufacturer. 
  • For preowned equipment please contact us directly to manage your warranty and return

Shipping Policy 

 

At Zona Med Equipment we strive to deliver your products on time.  Shipping handling time varies within the product. We make sure that your equipment is well packaged and secure. 

Our shipping rates are mostly calculated within weight, but certain products count with flat rates. 

Please allow us up to 2-30 days of handling time, especially for special orders and backorders. Most of our supplies ship the same business day as the order is placed. 

Medical tables take 10-15 business days to be prepared. Heavy equipment is shipped via Freight Company, only a lift gate is included which means, the product will be dropped off outside the delivery location (no inside-delivery). 

We work with high-quality shipping carriers like UPS, FEDEX, USPS and Nationwide. 

Once an order is placed, will proceed to prepare your package and let you know when you may expect your product. We offer personalized assistance per order, which means we will take extra care that you are happy with your order.
